Let's face it: It's tough being young these days. The world is much more competitive than it ever was, and there are so many things that need to be done. Newspapers and television tell us what kind of people we should be and the kind of clothes we should wear. Everyone wants us to earn a five figure salary. How does one find a balance between the two?

Who said that being a young person was an easy task? We know it isn't. The canvas of a student's life is filled with daily risks and uncertainties. Each brings us to the end of the world, well, almost. But the tragedy is that nobody understands that. You have to be made of sterner stuff.
Candidates appearing at these competitive examinations would be experiencing an examination which in many aspects differs from the Board or University type examination. Consequently, the techniques of preparation have to differ to suit the matrix of these Competitive Examinations.

Work for most of the Board /University Examinations can be done at a leisured pace but a candidate for the competitive examinations does not have this liberty, he requires real P.A.C.E.

You should develop an understanding of yourself, including your values, interests, aptitudes, abilities, personal traits and desired life style. You must also become aware of the relationship between self and occupational choice.

In the second step, individuals investigate the world of work in greater depth and narrow a general occupational direction into a specific one through an informed decision-making process.
After this, an initial occupational choice is made in Step three. Individuals prepare for and begin conducting a job search, or start preparing for professional studies.
